Goodness Me! is a natural food market with locations throughout Ontario. With the mission of offering healthy living products to as many Canadians as possible, they partnered with us to grow their customer baseonline and off. We crafted a thorough digital growth marketing strategy and gave the marketing team the tools they needed to bring this goodness to life. 

If this strategy were a tree, it would have three branches. One, shifting from traditional product content to value-added content that fostered community and promoted health education. Two, enhancing their content quality and distribution across all customer touchpoints. And three, increasing their digital advertising spend to amplify their brand reach and increase e-commerce traffic.

For Goodness Mes email marketing, our goal was simple: increase email sign-ups. We approached it from every angle, from a website pop-up that incentivized signing up to in-store contests with high-visibility signage. We also drove increased customer retention through a refreshed email content strategy that was educational, entertaining, and gave existing customers access to exclusive goodies.

For physical retailers, increased foot traffic is as important as online traffic. So we helped Goodness Me! develop a store launch strategy for their new location in London, Ontario - with digital creative that gave their audience a sneak peek of the new space, incentivized engagement, and invited them into the store.
